Growing up I was a very inactive, lazy and over weight. I never understood how to build muscle or lose weight. That all changed when I had my first gym session, from that moment on I fell in love with exercise and nutrition. I have spent the last 9 years training and learning how to apply principles of training to get the best results. Now my aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout.
