Row Fitness is something different from your standard gym class, we use the rowing machines to deliver a high intensity full body workout. Using a combination of the rowing machine, free weight and body weight we deliver a complete workout which will leave you fitter, stronger and healthier.

Cancellation policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking please give 48Hrs notice. Any bookings cancelled with less than 48Hrs will not be given a refund
